For Job Seekers—ACT WorkKeys
Digital Badging
What Is a WorkKeys Digital Badge?
A badge is a digital asset used to communicate a learning achievement or credential. An ACT WorkKeys digital badge quickly shows the world what you have accomplished with your WorkKeys scores, and badging makes it easy to share your skill achievements with employers and organizations. Digital badges are quickly becoming the common language of verified skills, so you’re well on your way to getting noticed for your achievement.
Individuals who take the WorkKeys Assessments to earn an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) or the ACT WorkKeys Essential Skills Assessment can share their accomplishment with a digital badge.
The WorkKeys NCRC measures and certifies the foundational work skills — Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, Workplace Documents — needed for success in jobs across industries and occupations.
ACT WorkKeys Essential Skills measures individuals’ employability skills — Integrity, Work Ethic, Collaboration, Resilience, Leadership, and Creativity — that predict workplace success.
